Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation and implementation of Ext.P13 and P14
enabling the petitioner to draw all monetary benefits from 01.08.2017 in
terms of Ext.P11 and P12, pending disposal of the Writ Petition (Civil).
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.K.JAJU BABU (SENIOR ADVOCATE) along with M/s. M.U.VIJAYALAKSHMI,
BRIJESH MOHAN, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the

ORDER
Admit.
The Sub Treasury Officer, Edakkara, Malappuram is suo
motu impleaded as the additional 8th respondent in the writ
petition.
After going through the pleadings in the writ petition and
also after going through the judgment dated 05.01.2023 in WP(C)
No.17115 of 2022, I am of the opinion that Clause 3 of Ext.P13
can be stayed. Therefore, Clause 3 of Ext.P13 is stayed. The
amount due to the petitioner shall be disbursed, if the proposal is
otherwise in order.
