                                    ORDER

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent

bank, I am of the view that no grounds have been made out for

review of the judgment dated 14.09.2022 in W.P.(C.) No.8385 of

2022. It is not disputed before me that the petitioner did not pay

the amounts directed to be paid by this Court as per the interim

order in that writ petition despite extension of time granted by

this Court. Therefore, the Review Petition fails and it is

accordingly, dismissed.
