        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of Decree and Judgment dated 02.08.2019 of the District Court,Alappuzha in
   AS.No.53/2017 and Decree and Judgment dated 15.02.2017 of the Principal
   Munsiff's Court, Alappuzha in OS.No.473/2012, pending disposal of the
   above Regular Second Appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 12.12.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.C.G.BINDU,
   SMT.AJITHA C.G., KUM.K.J.SARANYA RAJ, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   PHILIP T.VARGHESE, THOMAS T.VARGHESE, ACHU SUBHA ABRAHAM, V.T.LITHA,
