                                      ORDER

The Registry has noted a defect stating that the Review

Petition is filed by a person other than the person shown as the

President of the Kerala Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi,

Kottarakara Unit (4th respondent in the writ petition).

The learned counsel for the Review Petitioner would

submit that the present General Secretary of the Kerala Vyapari

Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi, Kottarakara Unit is one

Vijayakumar, who has assumed office after election and he is

competent to represent the said Samithi. It is submitted that

the Review Petition is filed by the aforesaid Vijayakumar,

representing the Samithi.

Taking into consideration of the above, the Registry is

directed to number the Review Petition.

Post on 03.04.2023.

The Review petitioner shall serve a copy of the Review

Petition on the counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.
