                           JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of March, 2023

The petitioner is the registered owner of two stage

carriages bearing registration Nos. KL-59-C-5536 and KL-58-M-

9906. The petitioner submitted Ext.P3 application before the

respondent seeking revision of timings of the said stage

carriages which is now pending. The limited prayer sought by

the petitioner is to direct the respondent to consider and pass

appropriate orders on the said application within a time frame.

Considering all the relevant aspects, I deem it appropriate

to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent to take up

and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 request submitted by the

petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a

period of three months from the date of production of a copy of

this judgment after hearing the affected parties, if any.
