        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the decree and judgment dated 27.02.2023 in AS.No.27 of 2016 of the
   Subordinate Judge, Karunagappally till the disposal of this appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.A.JANI(KOLLAM), NISA FASIL(KOLLAM), Advocates for the petitioner,
   the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Petition to stay the operation of the decree and judgment dated 27.02.2023 in AS.NO.27/2016 of the Subordinate Judge's Court,Karunagappally.

There will be an interim stay as sought for, for a period of three months.
