review the Judgment dated 26-2-2019 in Writ Petition (Civil) 5170/2019 of
this Hon'ble Court and re-hear the Writ Petition(Civil).

                                     ORDER

Sri Mohan Jacob George for respondent Bank seeks time to

obtain instructions. He, however, says that the assertion of the

petitioners that the possession of the secured asset will be taken

tomorrow is not correct.

List on 27.03.2023, until which time the respondent Bank is

directed not to take physical possession of the house in question.
