                                 JUDGMENT

The Contempt of Court case has been filed, alleging non-

compliance with the directions contained in the judgment dated

20.02.2023 in W.P.(C). N0.14199 of 2021.

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration today,

it is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the

respondent bank that if the petitioner were to approach the

bank, the amounts, which were directed to be released in terms

of the judgment dated 20.02.2023, will be released to the

petitioner, within a period of one week from today. The

submission is recorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
