        This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
   01.03.2023, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Government Pleader submits that the order dated 31/01/2023 passed by

the Tahsildar (LR) has already been withdrawn. However, the property

stands included in Data Bank and the Division Bench judgment of this Court

reported in [2023(1)KHC 34] is a hurdle in considering the application of

the petitioner.
