                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 23rd day of June 2023

The writ petition is filed to direct the respondents

to permit the petitioners to pay the outstanding amount

in instalments.

2. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for

consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioners submitted that the entire outstanding

amount has been paid by the petitioners by availing the

one time settlement scheme. The said submission is

recorded.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent

endorsed the above submission.

4. In the light of the above submission, nothing

further survives in the writ petition.

Resultantly, the writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
