        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No.34 of 2016 in OS No.444 of 2013 on the
   file of Sub Court, Chavakkad pending disposal of the above Original
   Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   31-05-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.K.RAVISANKAR, Advocate
   for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

Interim order will stand extended by one month.
