   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   and operation of the judgment and decree dated 29.01.2019 in AS.No.20 of
   2018 of the Sub Court,Chengannur, till the disposal of the above Regular
   Second Appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 23.02.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JACOB P.ALEX,
