        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation of Ext.P24 Award in ARC No.66/2018 and
   Ext.P28 judgment in AP 73/2020, pending disposal of the Writ Petition, in
   the interest of justice.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
   12-05-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BASIL CHANDY VAVACHAN,
   GEORGIE SIMON, CHARUTHA BHAIJU, BASIL SCARIA, CHANDHANA BHAIJU & BASIL
   SAJAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.MANU GOVIND, MEERA
   BALAKRISHNAN & AYSHA MARIA JOHN, Advocates for respondents 3 and 4, the
   court passed the following:
