                                 JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court, apprehending

that Ext.P1 provisional degree certificate issued to the

petitioner will not be accepted to enable the petitioner to

register for the Kerala Engineering and Medicine Entrance

Examination, 2023 (KEAM-2023).

2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

would submit that though a memo was issued to the

petitioner, requiring the petitioner to produce the original

degree certificate itself (instead of the provisional degree

certificate) the provisional degree certificate of the

petitioner has now been accepted.

Taking note of the above submission, I am of the view

that nothing further survives for consideration in this writ

petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
