circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay the operation of the judgment dated 11.04.2023 passed by the
Learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.10996 of 2023, and any further steps
following the work order issued on 27.03.2023, pending disposal of this
Writ Appeal.

     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders along with connected
case on 05/06/2023 upon perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's
order dated 02/06/2023, the court on the same day passed the following:

In continuation of the detailed arguments heard on

31.05.2023, 01.06.2023 and 02.06.2023, we heard further

arguments of the learned Senior Counsel for Kerala Water Authority

and also the learned Senior Counsel for the 5th respondent. The

appellant has placed on record certain additional documents along

with I.A.No.14 of 2023.

The interim order granted on 13.04.2023 shall continue for a

period of ten days.

List on 12.06.2023, for judgment.
