Sri.M.Sasindran, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Kerala

State Co-operative Employees Pension Board seeks further time to get

instructions and file additional affidavit in these cases to show inter alia the

date of entry in the service of the employees concerned, the date of

retirement, the date on which the employees' contribution belatedly paid

and also whether interest was paid for the belated payment in terms of para

29 of the Scheme of the Employer-Bank etc., and such other relevant

details. Time granted by two weeks.
