        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to call
   for a report from the Principal Subordinate Judge's Court, Kottayam
   regarding the status of the cheque application bearing Court Fee
   No.2371/2020 dated 9.10.2020 filed in E.P No.237/2012 in O.S No.419/2008,
   pending final disposal of the above Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   14.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RANJIT (KOTTAYAM) &
   GOKUL DAS V.V.H., Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.ABRAHAM GEORGE
