ON 14.07.2023, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 TR.P(C) NO. 335 OF 2023                2

                                 O R D E R

The wife came up for getting transfer of

O.P.No.335/2023 pending before the Family Court,

Kunnamkulam. Originally the said petition was

initiated before the Family Court, Thrissur. After

bifurcation and establishment of new court at

Kunnamkulam the case is transferred to that court,

overlooking the fact that the petitioner is a

resident of Thrissur and it is not convenient for

her to travel all these distance for the conduct of

the above said case. The O.P.No.335/2023 pending

before the Family, Court Kunnamkulam will stand

withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court,

Thrissur. The parties shall appear before the

transferee court on 02.08.2023. Send the records

forthwith.

This Tr.P(C) will stand allowed accordingly.
