                                  ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In this matter, the judgment in C.C.No.326 of 2021 on

the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kasaragod dated

24.11.2022 is put under challenge and the petitioner seeks leave

of this Court to proceed with the appeal.

3. On perusal of the judgment at par with the arguments

advanced by the learned counsel for the leave petitioner, there is

no reason to deny special leave in this matter, since an arguable

case is made out.

Accordingly, special leave is granted to institute appeal.
