        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the
   applicant/revision petitioner by the judgment dated 11th March 2022 in Crl
   Appeal No. 69/2018 of Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Mavelikkara, that arose out
   of judgment dated 1/3/2018 in CC No. 2121/2014 of Judicial First Class
   Magistrate-I, Chengannur and release the applicant/ revision petitioner on
   bail, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition in the
   interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and this court's order dated 22.12.2022 in Crl.M.A. 1/2022,
   and upon hearing the arguments of P.THOMAS GEEVERGHESE, TONY THOMAS
   (INCHIPARAMBIL), E.S.FIROS, AMRUTHA K.P., SRADHA MOHAN, Advocates for the
   petitioners, and the public prosecutor for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Execution of the sentence shall stand suspended and the petitioner shall be released on bail on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire fine amount at the court below within one month from today.
