        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to pass an order staying the implementation and operation of all further
   proceedings pursuant to the impugned judgment dated 12-10-2022 in W.P.(C)
   No.25611 of 2022 as well as Exhibit P8 order, pending disposal of the Writ
   Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for admission on 11/01/2023 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's orders dated 17/11/2022
   and 19/12/2022, the court on the same day passed the following:
