        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree in O.S No.108 of 2020 of the Principal Sub
   Court, Kozhikode to the extent it holds that the petitioner/appellant has
   no right or title over the plaint schedule property pending disposal of
   the above appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.V.KRISHNA MENON, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
   following:
                                      ORDER

Petition to stay the operation of the judgment & decree in O.S.No.108/2020 of the Pricipal Sub Court, Kozhikkode.

Heard. There will be an interim stay as sought for, for a period of two weeks.
