        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 26-02-2022 of the court of the
   Rent Control Appellate Authority (Addl. District Judge- IV), Thalassery in
   RCA No. 188/2016, which was filed against the order dated 30-09-2016 of
   the Addl. Rent Control Court (Addl. Munsiff), Kannur in RCP No. 140/2009,
   pending disposal of the above revision petition in the interest of
   justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dqted 26-09-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MAHESH V
   RAMAKRISHNAN & PRAVEEN K.S, Advocates for the petitioner and of Sri.
   JAWAHAR JOSE, Advocate for the respondents 1 to 7, the court passed the
   following:
