                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of January, 2023

This writ petition was filed alleging police harassment at the

instance of the 3rd respondent. Though notice was taken out to the 3 rd

respondent, service is not complete on the said respondent.

2. An interim order had been rendered on 11.09.2020 directing that

neither the petitioner nor his father shall be unnecessarily summoned to

the police station and in case the presence of the petitioner is required

for the purpose of investigation into any crime, due notices shall be

issued.

This writ petition is, therefore, closed making the interim order

absolute.
