          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the decree and judgment dated
   09.04.2021 in AS.No.179/2018 on the file of District Judge,Palakkad and the judgment and decree
   dated 28.09.2018 in OS.No.298/2016 on the file of the Munsiff Court,Palakkad.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 06.10.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.KALEESWARAM RAJ, VARUN C.VIJAY, THULASI K.RAJ, Advocates for the petitioner, and of M/S
