                                            JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a Driver of the 1st respondent Corporation. He

intends to go abroad. For the said purpose, he has put in an

application for Leave Without Allowance. He seeks for an

expeditious consideration of the application.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either sides.

3. Ext.P3 is the receipt evidencing that the application as

mentioned by the petitioner has been received by the 1 st

respondent Corporation. Corporation shall pass appropriate

orders on the application without delay.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing 2nd

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the

application mentioned above, if received, as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the

W.P.(C). No. 2513 of 2023

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
