     This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
20.01.2023, the court on the same day passed the following:

                               ORDER

When this contempt petition came up before this Court on

23.12.2022, the learned Government Pleader sought time to

take instructions and it was accordingly that the contempt

petition is posted today.

2. Subject issue relates to closing down of the school as

directed by this Court. Earlier, COC No. 1893 of 2020 was filed

which was closed on 13.08.2021, recording that the appeal filed

by the State Government was dismissed on 10.08.2021 and

accordingly, the time for compliance was extended upto

31.12.2021. In spite of the lapse of more than one year, no

action is taken for compliance of the directions of this Court.

3. In that view of the matter, learned Government

Pleader is directed to instruct the respondent appropriately in

order to comply with the directions contained in the judgment

dated 06.11.2019, if there are no other orders passed

interdicting the respondent from carrying out the directions

within three weeks from today. If no orders are passed, the

respondents shall be present before this Court on 14.02.2023.
