        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the eviction
   of petitioner from petition schedule room pursuant to the Judgment passed
   by the Rent Control Appellate Authority/Addl. District Judge, Vatakara in
   RCA 97/2010, pending disposal of the above Rent Control Revision.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 09-11-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.R.PARTHASARATHY & B.KRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   M/S.U.K.DEVIDAS & K.K.ANILRAJ, Advocates for the respondents, the court
   passed the following:
