        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of Judgment dated 27.10.2022 of the Honourable Family Court, Kollam in
   OP(H.M.A.) No.1131/2016, pending disposal of the above Matrimonial Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 16/12/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAJU.S.,
   SAJAN A.V., and ANJANADEVI.G, Advocates for the appellant, and of
   M/S.M.AJITH (KARICODE) and R.MOHANA BABU Advocates for the respondent, the
   court passed the following:
