        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all proceedings in EP 399/2016 in O.S 567/2005 on the file of Munsiff
   Court, Wadakkancherry pending disposal of the Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   18.07.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SANTHOSH P.PODUVAL,
   SMT.R.RAJITHA, SMT.VINAYA V.NAIR, Advocates for the petitioners and of
   SRI.G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR) & SRI.SAJITH KUMAR KANGHINGHAT, Advocates for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

The interim order dated 29.06.2017 is extended by six months.
