        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the entire
   proceedings in EP No. 26/2020 in O.S No. 317/2019 of Sub Court,
   Perumbavoor, till the disposal of the above Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 19-12-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S JOBY JACOB
   PULICKEKUDY, ANIL GEORGE, DAJISH JOHN & POOJA SEBASTIAN, Advocates for the
   petitioner and of Smt. P.K. PRIYA, Advocate for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:

The interim order dated 15-11-2022 is extended by three months.
