                      JUDGMENT

When this writ petition came up for consideration

on 04.01.2023, there was no representation for the

petitioners. The learned Government Pleader and the

Standing counsel appearing for the 2 nd respondent

insisted for an early hearing and hence the case was

listed today. Today also there is no representation for

the petitioners. Probably the petitioners may not be

interested in this case.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non

prosecution.
