                KOTTAARAPPATTU, NEAR MUNICIPAL TOWN HALL,

                NORTH PARAVOOR, ERNAKULAM (DIST), PIN-683 513.


           OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
      stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
      pleased to:

           (i) Set aside order dated 01/12/2022 in IA.5065/2022 in OP(G&W)
      No.857/2021 by the Honourable Family Court, Ernakulam.

           (ii) An order directing the respondent to admit the child in Class
      I in a school (current school or HDPY English Medium Public School or
      any school) this academic year itself within the time frame fixed by
      this Honourable Court.

           This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
      petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and this Court's
      order dated 06/01/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SREENATH
      THULASIDAS (Party-In-Person) for the petitioner and of M/S BHAMA G.NAIR
      & APARNA NAIR, Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the
