        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the Judgment
   and Decree passed in O.S. No.650/2011 by the Additional Sub Court-1,
   Thrissur, pending disposal of the above Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 6/12/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.KRISHNAN,
   R.PARTHASARATHY, SEEMA PARTHASARATHY, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   M/S.SRI V.KRISHNAMENON, J.SURYA, PRINSUN PHILIP, Advocates for the
   respondent(caveator), the court passed the following:
