        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence ordered in Judgment dated
   30/03/2016 in CC No. 45/2015 of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court III,
   Kannur and confirmed by Judgment dated 07/05/2022 in Criminal Appeal No.
   99/2016 before the Sessions Court, Thalassery.

        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of V.PREMCHAND, SURYA MOHAN P., INDHU G.,
   Advocates for the petitioners, and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second
   respondent, the Court passed the following:


                                            ORDER

Admit.

Issue notice by speed post to the first respondent.

The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the second respondent.

Execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner shall be suspended on the petitioner executing a bond for Rs. 1 Lakh with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court and further condition of the petitioner depositing 20% of the cheque amount within a period of one month.
