        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in E.P No. 181 of 2018 in O.S No. 348 of 2013 on
   the file of the Addl. Sub Court, Kottayam, pending consideration of the
   above Original Petition, in the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   03.01.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. G.SREEKUMAR CHELUR,
   Advocate for the petitioner, and of SRI.MATHEW K.PHILIP & SRI.MATHEW
   K.DAS, Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:

The interim order dated 30.03.2021 is extended by four months.
