                                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1 st

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application in Form 6

within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. Petitioner is the owner in possession of 0.03967 hectares of land

comprised in survey no.205/7-32 in block no.1 of Edayur Village in Tirur

Taluk, Malappuram. Petitioner preferred Ext.P1 application to correct the

nature of the same in the revenue records.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition

with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1

application in Form 6 in accordance with law within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

With the abovesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
