Dated this the 8th day of December, 2023

Counsel for the petitioner submits that an order

has been passed pursuant to the directions of this Court

contained in judgment dated 22.06.2023 in W.P.(C)

No.20268 of 2023, though the order is adverse to the

petitioner.

In view of the above, I find that there is substantial

compliance of the directions of this Court. The Contempt of

Court Case is therefore closed, granting liberty to the

petitioner to challenge the order now passed, if the petitioner

is so advised.
