                              JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 8th day of December 2023)

This writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:

"i) to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant sufficient and adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and her minor child from the threat and harassment of the respondents 4 to 6 in the interest of justice.

(ii) To direct the 1 st respondent to take up Ext. P3 and 3 rd respondent to take up Ext.P1 complaint and to take appropriate action upon the same against the respondents 4 to 6.

(iii) To grant such other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

2. On 16.11.2020, an interim order was granted by this Court

directing the 3rd respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained.

Since three years have elapsed after the filing of the writ petition,

the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to petitioner to

approach the 2nd respondent or the 3rd respondent if there is any threat

from respondents 4 to 6.
