Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the
High Court be pleased to pass an order staying the operation of judgment dated
30.03.2019 in AS.NO.16 of 2018 of Sub Court, Chengannur which has arisen from
judgment dated 28.03.2018 in OS.No.196 of 2009 of Munsiff's Court, Chengannur,pending
disposal of the above RSA.

This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's order dated 07.06.2023 and upon hearing
the arguments of M/S.JACOB P.ALEX, JOSEPH P.ALEX, MANU SANKAR P., Advocates for
the petitioners and of SRI.C.B.SREEKUMAR, Advocate for R2 & R3 and Government
Pleader for R4 to R7 (BY ORDER), the court passed the following:
