        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of the judgment in AS.No.86 of 2016 of Sub Court,
   Punalur dated 30.09.2022 allowing the order in IA.No.1586 of 2010 in
   OS.No.133 of 2010 of Munsiff's Court,Punalur dated 12.04.2011 in the
   interest of justice, pending disposal of the Appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 07.03.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. S.SREEKUMAR,
