        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend time limit
   prescribed in the Judgment dated 05.05.2023 in WP(C) No.3967/2023 by a
   further period of 4 months from 29.06.2023.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 5/5/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
   Petitioners in I.A/Respondents in WP(C) and of SRI.R.GOPAN, Advocate for
   Respondent in I.A/Petitioner in WP(C), the Court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

This is an application seeking extension of the time to comply with the directions in the judgment dated 5.5.2023. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the application is allowed. Time is granted for a period of four months from 29.06.2023.

I.A is allowed as prayed for.
