           SOUMYA, AGED 33 YEARS, D/O SUJ, VADAKKUMKARA VEEDU, ANADU POI,
           NEDUMANGADU, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, PIN - 695 541.

        OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to pass judgment in
   OP No.1125/2015 without any further delay, forthwith, pending disposal of
   the Original Petition (Family Court).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S. P.CHANDRASEKHAR, JENNY THANKAM, C.RAMAN, ANOOP KRISHNA, ANAND
