                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is operating an ordinary service on the

route Thalayad - Koyilandy in respect of her stage carriage.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her application for

regular permit is not so far considered by the 1 st respondent.

Accordingly, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a

direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P1 application

for regular permit, expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and having

regard to the submissions made across the Bar, there will be

a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass

appropriate orders on Ext.P1, expeditiously, at any rate,

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
