          ALAPPUZHA DISTRICT - 688 002.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          SANDEEP, S/O.KOLAPPA PILLAI, AGED 36 YEARS,SARASWATHI NIVAS, VELLIKINAR WARD,
          ALAPPUZHA HEAD POST OFFICE, ALAPPUZHA - 688 001.

          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings including execution proceedings from judgment and
   Decree in AS.76/2019 dated 06.02.2021 of District court II,Alappuzha arising from OS No. 247/2017
   dated 30.10.2019 of Principal Munsiff's Court,Alappuzha until further orders pending disposal of the
   above Regular second appeal,in the interest of justice.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof, and this Court's order dated 10.02.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SMT.S.SUJINI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
