Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to permit the
petitioner to correct Re-survey No. 275/1A of Thripangottur village
instead of Re-survey No. 275/2A of Thripangottur Village as shown in the
last line of paragraph 2 of the Statement of Facts and correct the Re-
survey No. as 275/1A of Thripangottur Village in the 3rd line of 2nd
paragraph of the judgment dated 20/07/2023 and the date of Ext. P-7
communication as 12/01/2021 in the 17th line of 2nd paragraph of the
judgment, in the interest of justice.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of M/S. ALEX.M.SCARIA, ALEN J. CHERUVIL, SARITHA THOMAS, A.J.RIYAS, V.USHA
NANDINI, Advocates for the petitioner in IA/WP(C) and of GOVERNMENT

ORDER
These are applications for corrections of typographical
errors which have crept in the judgment dated 20.07.2023 in WP(C)
Nos.23121 & 22695 of 2022. It is pointed out that the Survey
Number of the property shown as 275/2A in line 3 of paragraph 2 of
the judgment should have been 275/1A. So also, the date of Ext.P7
communication shown as 12.10.2021 in line 6 of page 6 should have
been 12.01.2021 and the reference to the date of the sale deed
Ext.P2 in line 4 in paragraph 4 as 31.03.2020 should have been
31.01.2020.
Having gone through the records, I am convinced that the
mistakes are typographic and need to be corrected. Interlocutory
applications are allowed. Registry to issue a corrected copy of the
judgment after incorporating the above three corrections.
