     OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to
issue an interim order of all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P5,
pending disposal of this original petition.

     This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
30.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Smt BIMALA BABY, Advocate for
the petitioner and of M/S REJI GEORGE George, VARNA MANOJ, SAISANKAR.S &
R.P.SREENIVASAN. Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the
following:

                                 ORDER

Admitted. The learned counsel appearing on

both sides submitted that, there is likelihood of the

dispute between the parties being settled, if they

are referred to mediation. Hence, the petitioner and

the respondent are referred to Mediation Centre,

High Court of Kerala on 16.08.2023 at 10.15 am.

The Nodal Officer shall make arrangements to

nominate a mediator.

The interim order dated 05.06.2023 will stand

extended till the receipt of the mediation report.
