        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction directing the respondent, Secretary,
   Regional Transport Authority, Kannur to consider Exhibit P6 application
   for temporary permit on the route Kozhikode - Kanhangad in respect of
   stage carriage KL 58 AA 2100 and grant the same so as to continue
   operation, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI. I.DINESH MENON, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.P.C.CHACKO,
   STANDING COUNSEL for R3, the court passed the following:

                                        ORDER

It is brought to my notice that the issue in these writ

petitions is covered in favour of the petitioners by the interim

order dated 12.04.2023 in W.A. No. 780/2022. Accordingly, it is

ordered that the directions in the said judgment will govern

these cases also.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala State Road

Transport Corporation submits that they have moved the

Hon'ble Supreme Court against the interim order referred to

above. Needless to say, the parties will be governed by any

order to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the

challenge against the interim order dated 12.04.2023 in W.A.

No. 780/2022.
