Petitioner has approached this court seeking a direction

to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2

request for revision of time within a time limit.

2. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor also.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P2 request for revision of time within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,

after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner

and other affected parties.

With the abovesaid directions, the writ petition is

disposed of.
