                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders

on Ext.P2 application submitted before the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that

appropriate decision on Ext.P2 will be taken within a time

limit fixed by this Court. Therefore, the writ petition is

disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and

pass orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the

petitioner after affording an opportunity of being heard to

the petitioner and any other affected parties. A decision in

this regard shall be taken within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this

judgment.
